I recently wanted to download the new version of the VM Explorer (installed on WinServer 2016) as usually via my PC and got the error message "You already have an ongoing trial for this product. Please login to MyAccount and access your trial". However here was nothing to find under MyAccount. So I tried to make a download on our server. This led to numerous questions regarding the release of trusted sites. Among them were for example Facebook, various Google pages and many other sites that we can not classify as trustworthy on our server.

As a result, I was denied the download even after multiple attempts. Micro Focus should urgently reduce the trustworthy sites to the utmost necessary, i. E. on Microfocus and HP.
