Some servers fails to backup "sourcefile" issue?

Some of the servers are failing backup due to reason below, some others are successful, they are on same host and run in the same scheduled backup.

Details:
Failed: Not all disk file are found in SourceFile. Try to restart Micro Focus VM Explorer.

Any ideas?
