problem with VMExplorer 7.1 tasks are stuck running

Hello, I have a serious problem with VMExplorer 7.1. Since September 3, 2024 all scheduled tasks are stuck running at a certain date. I have to restart the VME service to unblock them but of course the backup fails. Do you have any suggestions for me?
