VM Explorer minimal VMware permissions

Hi Everybody!

Sorry if my english is a bit bad, unfortunately it isn't my first language.

I need a little bit of your help. We are going to deploy VM Explorer but we want to use it the most secure way possible. So we would need the safest technical user  for VM Explorer to use when accessing to our VMware inrfastructure. 
Do you guys have any recomendations? 
Maybe any experiences or tips how to find out what is  the neccesseary permission structure?
