Error Cannot examine configuration file of server 2019: file not found

version vm explorer 6.1 installed on windows server 2012(which are already backed up on it)

 

I add a hyperv  on  server 2019

but after execute backup I have ..Error Cannot examine configuration file of server 2019: file not found

Can you help me?
