Agent connectivity error

I'm running VM Explorer 7.1 and attempting to add a Hyper V agent to an existing data center. The add server wizard fails at "Test VM Explorer Backup Agent". I've downloaded the most recent agent from trilead.com/Download/Agent and the service shows installed and started. I'm not sure how best to troubleshoot this. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Got this sorted out. In case anyone is interested i had to edit the service properties on the client and specify which log on account to use.

    Can someone PLEASE let me know when a new version of VM explorer will be released to support windows server 2019?
