SQL DB Restore ?

Hi,

Is it possible to restore an individual SQL DB or SQL instance ?

I understand VME is application aware but I cant seem to find a way of achieving this.

Yes, this is possible. It is documented in the integration guide:
https://docs.microfocus.com/itom/Data_Protector:10.03/Integrate/microsoft_SQL_server/c01-s07restore
This is for DP 10.03 but you can found the documentation for the current version in SSO or Docs folder in the CM (Program Files\OmniBack\Docs\ or /opt/omni/doc/C)

Thanks but I'm asking about VMExplorer not Data Protector restore of a SQL Database.

I'm sorry, I confused the forums.
According to User Guide (https://softwaresupport.softwaregrp.com/km/KM03191456/VMX7.1_UserGuide.pdf) and release notes from 7.1 and older versions, only Exchange Granular Recovery is supported. Not SQL.
