When is Primary User calculated?

Hi all,

I have a ZAM 10.3.1 installation, and have activated Primary user calculation based on number of logins (reset every 21 days), as my customer wish to be able to see who is the primary user on each workstation. And for the record, we have configured the same for "Primary workstation".

Also we have configured a "User source" LDAP connection to the customers AD, which is working fine.

However - now about 2 weeks after implementation, there is still no primary user information on the devices - all we get is the information "(Pending: the system is automatically determining the primary user)".

So - does anybody know how often the "Primary user" is calculated? Is there a "run-in-time" before the information is populated?

Nobody knows when primary user calculation happens?
We have a install where we cant seem to have "Primary user" filled or calculated.

Anyone have suggestions as to why we cant make it happen?
