ZAM 10 and ZFD 6.5

We are currently using ZFD 6.5 on our desktops (NW6.5 environment). We are using ZFD 6.5 basically as an application launcher.

We have started installing ZAM 10 on our desktops as well.

Can these two coexist together? If not, what doesn't work anymore if we have both installed on a desktop?
