moved collection servers to vitual now not communicating

All,

Does anyone have any tips for moving a ZAM 7.5 collection server to a VM virtual server. The server is running Server 2003. The cloning of the server went fine, and all services run fine, the problem is that the collection server shows as unavailable in the ZAM manager, and never receives or moves the WIF files. I don't have the firewall on, and it looks like it is listening on the appropriate ports.

Any ideas out there?
