ZAM 7 upgrade to 7.5

I new to this product but my company want to migrate to ZCM ZAM 10.3 to support Windows 7. I know the step for ZAM 7.5 to ZCM ZAM 10.3 but I cant get any information to upgrade from ZAM 7 to 7.5.

Anyone from here has perform upgrade ZAM 7 to ZAM 7.5? Please advise.
