Desperately need help. Have enterprise install of ZAM 7.50.0035 IR16. We have about 10,000 (10K) machines checking in their software, usage information when everything is working normally, however since the first of the year we only have about 100 machines checking this information in every week. At the database level, I can see the machines checking in because they are updating the nc_workstation.lastsuccessfulscandate, but only about 100 of them are updating the nc_workstation.lastsuccessfulloaddate, and lastusagegatherdate. This all started happening on 1/1/2010.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what may be happening? I am completely lost as to where to start. What log files exist that my help me? I am desperately looking for any help you all can provide.
