Access 2007 Usage

Asset Management is not reporting Access 2007 time used on a PC I was checking. We've only installed it on a few PCs and it seems to pick up activity on the others. Is this a PC issue or a Zenworks issue? Can these reports be trusted.

Check TSUsage.exe is running in the Windows processes, also fire up Access on the machine in question a few times and then run a scan. Check if the usage reports change i.e the App Starts field corresponds with the number of times you ran it.

    Regards,
    Simon
