ZAM Web Console Error

Whenever I try to log into the Web Console, all it says is: "CreateWebConsoleBaseTables.xml"

I recently installed IR20 and I have run some queries since the upgrade before it died.

I have performed the rtrlet.war/rtrlet folder rename/restart Tomcat steps but it still only gives the above error message.

    Try the following steps:
    1. Stop the Inventory Process from the Manager console - Control > Stop Inventory Process.
    2. Stop Apache.
    3. Delete /rtrlet folder (if you have any renamed /rtrlet folders in ...\Tomcat5\webapps move them to a different directory or delete).
    4. Delete c:\rtrlet.log
    5. Start Apache.
    6. Wait until the Web Console comes up, then restart the Inventory Process.

If it doesn't work successfully, repeat the steps but this time in step 3 also replace the rtrlet.war file (..\Tomcat5\webapps) with the one found in your filestore \EXEDir\WebConsoleUpdater\Win32. Make sure there are no old renamed copies of rtrlet.war in the directory.

First of all, since the post, I discovered some strange messages in the rtrlet.log. I saw repeated entries for Oracle Error ORA-01658 (we use Oracle for our ZAM DB). From some Web-scouring I found that it ususally results from a lack of space/

Sure enough, when I talked to the DBA, the server was indeed out of space! Space was added, I rebooted the ZAM server, no luck - space errors gone but no Web Interface.

Then I followed your instructions and it is fixed! I have seen many variations of these directions, but yours worked the first time. Thanks so much for you help!
