ZAM 10.2 Sp3

Hi

We had ZAM 10.2.2 installed on a 2008 server with a small no of managed clients. Using "ZCM 10.3 upgrade manual import file" we upgraded to sp3. This process upgraded the clients on the machines to 10.3 but the server is not being updated and is still showing 10.2.2 in the control centre. the update starts to install but never gets beyond 0%

Any ideas how to get the server to up update.
