Can't log into ZAM anymore

I'm running ZAM 7.5 IR 13. We have about 20 people who use it on a regular basis. However, today no one can log in - either to the web cosole or the manager. The error is 'Invalid credentials' on the web console and 'Unable to log on, please check username and password' on the Manager. All the services come up fine, but it's giving everyone that message. We're using a local SQL 2000 install. Thank you.

I think you should apply patch IR20 as quickly as possible. There are a lot of fixes for you to catch up on. One of them relates to dates for reporting periods that end early this month. Without that patch, you will not be able to run reports properly. Maybe it's related...

That doesn't really resolve your problem though.

It sounds like someone changed your DBO password or the database is stopped. Try rebooting the server first and see how it responds. If you still get the same errors, contact your DBA and see if they muddled with passwords or accounts recently on your server.
