After installing adaptive agent the Daemon Tools won't work

ZenWorks AssetManagement 11 rc3.
Windows 7 Enterprise x64. I've tried to install lastp SPTD with no success.
in event logs there are errors:
"File System Filter 'zesocc' (Version 6.1, ‎2010‎-‎10‎-‎07T10:12:25.000000000Z) failed to attach to volume '\Device\CdRom0'. The filter returned a non-standard final status of 0xc000000d. This filter and/or its supporting applications should handle this condition. If this condition persists, contact the vendor."
I found that is because of buggy filter zesdac.sys. I didn't manage to remove this filter from Class lower filter.
Is it possible to fix this problem?

My last hope - try to install final release 11. Perhaps it could work with daemon tools.
