Documentation / instructions?

Hi,

Are there step by step instructions available to do tasks like block USB mass stroage access on PCs.
I've got Zenworks installed and agents on PCs but not sure where to get started.
From the admin interface i can created a new policy. There are the Summary,Relationships,Requirements tabs etc but cannot find anywhere to create rules.

Thanks.

    Hi,
Thanks for the info. The policy import didn't work. Error 11. I believe it's because of a difference in version compatibility after researching this. (Latest Zenworks 2017)
Anyway I worked out how to create a policy manually. The first policy I created was for 'All' devices so the only 'Policy Type' available was 'Branding Policy.' I didn't notice that.
Anyway if I choose Windows then I get the USB policies.
However I am more interested in blocking USB on MacOS Sierra. But there's no MacOS selection available in the Platform selection. So will the Windows policy work with a Mac or is MacOS not support in terms of USB policies in Zenworks?

Here you can see what features are available for what OS: https://www.novell.com/documentation/zenworks-2017-update-1/zen_platform_capabilities_support/data/zen_platform_capabilities_support.html
OSX is not supported by Endpoint Security at this moment.
