Failed to logon ESM Management Console

We are using Novell Endpoint Security Management and we found that we suddenly cannot logon to ESM console. We entered a valid Windows AD user name and password and it show "The authentication attempt failed. Made sure your user name and domain are correct, then type your password agan."
The product was installed in Windows 2003r2 server with Windows Active directory. Client workstation can still contact the server to receive Policy update.
Anyone can help?
