USB Connectivity Policy conflict with Citrix Receiver

Hi!
Or vice versa. ZCM 11.3.2, Windows 7 Pro SP1. Using USB Connectivity Policy to restrict access to USB mass storage. Citrix Receiver 4.3 installed. At some point I noticed that during device restart or shutdown BSOD appear (I noticed it monitoring minidump dir, device is on remote site) and examining minidump cause appear to be ctxusbm.sys which lead me to Citrix forums thread https://discussions.citrix.com/topic/364020-encountered-blue-screen-if-i-install-citrix-receiver-42/ (there is nothing about ZENworks, but using similar soft). So, I disabled ZEN policy on this particular device and BSOD's stops. I also replied to this forum thread, but ... it's moderated and, don't know, so far ... nothing there. Well, it does not matter. Any experiences? Is this problem ZENworks or Citrix ... case? Yes, I have option to open SR at Novell (~ Micro Focus).
More thanks, Alar.

Just reading the thread, it sounds as if you would likely need to contact Citrix, since the issues appear with a wide range of similar products and the crash is happening on their driver.
If only ZESM caused the issue it could be how ZESM was control USB Connectivity, but since the error happens with multiple different products that all do the same thing, then Citrix needs to improve their error handling.

It appears that some folks were fixed with 4.3, but not all so most likely Citrix fixed some but not all related issues.

I would only open an SR with Novell, if Citrix Developers analyzing the dumps needed questions answered from the ZESM developers.

    Hi and thanks!
Make sense. Anyway, we don't have option to open SR over there as we're not actual customers to them. My post, even registered users can, even didn't appear in forums – "moderating".
    More thanks, Alar.
