ZES (Zenworks Update 3a) - Application control question

Hi,

I would like to know if there is a way to use ZES to block ALL exe files except the one provided in the policy ?

From what i can see in the documentation, we can't use wildcards to block all EXE then after allow some to be executed.

We need this for public workstation to run only the allowed programs.

No user exe should be runned, no renamed exe too...

Any idea how to do this ?

ZESM provides more of a Blacklist vs a WhiteList.

GPOs can provide Whitelist functionality

Yeah but with Windows 10 it is through AppLocker that we can block things, but the profesionnal version does not allow that kind of stuff anymore...

Trying to find a way to whitelist apps with Windows 10 Pro.

Maybe we will have to find a third party tool for that :|

Unless someone here knows another way ;)

SRP still exists in Windows 10.
Lots of Folks use it.
