Strange Error with ESM Console

I've noticed over the last several days that I'm getting a lot of errors in the Application Event Manager on my ESM server. Even when the console is not running, this error occurs 3 to 6 times every second. I have been unable to determine what the issue is - and because of the frequency of the occurrance, I can't go back to seen when it originally began (as the log has already long since rolled over).
