Does Data Encryption function work find ?

Hi
I set the data encryption function to my testing workstation (IBM T41p), checking the policy assignment OK.
I insert an USB stick, and see the nofity message, I click "continuous"...but the workstation hang on some minutes,and re-show the same notify message.....even I reboot the workstation, I still seem the loop.

If someone had set and use the data encryption policy and work fine ??
