Remote Control Workstation

Hi

For example:

I have a workstation in Zenworks named 10-102-1270.  The PC needs new Installation. Update from Windows 10 1607 to Windows 1020H2 with new Imagefile. I delete the PC from ActiveDirectory (AD) and from zenworks. I make the install with new Image and back the PC in the AD with same name 10-102-1270. If PC start Zenworks create a new PC with same name 10-102-1270.

Now the Problem.

If I want make a connection via remote Control with zenworks from my PC to 10-102-1270 is the connection not successful. See the picture.  I don't no where is the problem. How can I fixet?

    The message does not give many details....

    Authentication rights failed. An internal error occurred while checking the information about the managed device. If the problem persists, contact Novell Technical Support.

    Look for the Header: REMOTE MANAGEMENT on https://support.microfocus.com/kb/doc.php?id=3418069

    It can show you how to collect some logs.

    I don't know if any of these questions will be useful but may....

    #1 - Did Remote Control Work Prior to Imaging?

    #2 - What Version of ZENworks?  On the Server?  On the Agent?

    #3 - Is the Agent Pre-Installed in the Image?  If So, Does uninstalling and Reinstalling the Agent Help?

    #4 - Check to make sure you cat his the Remote Control Port of 5950. 

    #5 - Is ZENworks Configured for an Internal or External CA?

    #6 -- Is the Same Remote Control Policy still assigned to the device?

    How do you do Imaging?  ZENworks? Ghost? Native MS Imaging?
