ZENworks Endpoint Security - Client Update: Error -1002

Ever since yesterday all of our Devices are reporting Error -1002...

Our Server is running on version 24.2 with FTF 186.

    This topic has come up a lot recently. There are also posts about it in the forum. Is an http proxy used at the perimeter in the system environment in which the error occurs?


    I'll have to check for myself whether it's the Bitdefender distribution server or the OT server that's having problems again

    We aren't using any proxies here...

    And i did check the status of two bitdefender servers but don't know if there is more things i need to look for...

    And i also don't know what each of these servers do.

    nimbus.bitdefender.net is one of Bitdefender's distribution servers for ZCM Endpoint. The days I had the topic again, in the Sept. 29 to Oct. 1.

    The check from the client and ZCM server side revealed that the Bitfender distribution server was not resolvable. Only clearing the DNS cache on the ZCM server side and the internal name server brought a solution, the Bitdefender address was reachable from Permimeter. 

    the current pattern is Product version: 7.9.14.430. Engines version: 7.97579

    Bitdefender: The update error codes -1002 and -1011 are caused by a temporary issue with your internet connection.
