Windows 10 - 2004 and MFDC 12.6

Is this a well-known problem or just bad luck in my environment?

I have heard that some guys complaint that packages assembled with mfdc 12.6 will not start on Windows 10 - 2004.

So I created an empty Windows 10 environment version 2004 and installed Desktop Container 12.6. But this application will not start. I started several tries but never succeeded.

So I started with Windows 10 1808 and mfdc 12.6 - success.
Updated to Windows 10 1909 - mfdc still startable.
Next update to Windows 10 2004 - mfdc is not startable.

    There is an issue in 12.6.  It should be fixed in 12.7 due very soon.  Perhaps next week. I was given a time from about 1 week ago of 1-2 weeks.....so there is hope.

    Not sure if a "release candidate" would be accessible via an SR in an emergency.
