Software Applications Reports

Download the file named “Software Applications.zip” to your machine and extract the contents of the archive. You will find there are 7 reports in the "Inventory >> Software Applications" folder as shown in the figure below.

And inside the "Inventory >> Device Lists" folder you will find one report as shown below.

Make sure the folder structure in your ZRS installation as shown below:

Import the files to ZRS using the import mechanism suggested in the article “Importing a ZRS report”.

Make sure the 7 reports under  “Software Applications” are placed in your ZRS under:

Public Folders >> Novell ZENworks Reports >> Custom Reports >> Custom Reports Library >> Inventory >> Software Applications

The “Devices by Machine and Login Name.wid” is placed under:

Public Folders >> Novell ZENworks Reports >> Custom Reports >> Custom Reports Library >> Inventory >> Device Lists

Placement of the reports under the specific folders  are critical as the reports are linked to each other and the report links will work only when they are placed in the right location as specified.
