Inviting Participation for ZENworks 2020 Update 2 Beta Program

 I'm happy to announce that we would be soon starting the Beta program for our next major release - ZENworks 2020  Update 2.
Some key capabilities in ZENworks 2020 Update 2 are : 
  • A new ZENworks integrated Antimalware solution
  • Capability to manage Windows 10 devices using MDM along with support for Windows Autopilot.

Apart from above, in ZENworks 2020 Update 2, we are beginning our phased transition of ZENworks architecture to a modern, microservices based architecture. We have also implemented  numerous enhancements and customer ideas in this release in addition to enhancing the security of communication between ZENworks and managed devices. 

As part of Beta program, we would provide you with a build of ZENworks 2020 Update 2 for your testing and feedback. You would also get access to a forum for discussing things related to beta. We would be organizing regular calls where you can participate and share your feedback and issues you may be seeing.
 
ZENworks Lighthouse Program
 
Participation in ZENworks 2020 Update 2 Beta would make you eligible to be part of ZENworks Lighthouse program, which would start at end of  Beta. As part of this program, we would provide you with a pre-release build of ZENworks 2020 Update 2 to be deployed in your production environment. We would be providing assistance to upgrade your production ZENworks environment to ZENworks 2020 Update 2. You would also have direct access to support and engineering teams for any issues or clarifications. Many customers in the past have taken advantage of this program to upgrade their environments, while providing us with valuable feedback. 
 
We are planning to start Beta program by holding our first call on 24th Feb, where we would provide you with more details. If you have participated in any beta program of ZENworks 2020, you should soon see an appointment in your mailbox. If you haven’t, please do send us an email at zen@microfocus.com and we would send an appointment along your way.
