updated policy for Edge, but ZCM is not applying the changes

ZCM 2020 Update 3a.  Windows 10 22H2.  I updated some of the settings for Edge in my policy (such as "set home button url"), and I have applied it to my PC, but I don't see the change when I use the gpresult tool.  I have verified the policy is updated and the correct version is successfully applied to the PC.  Any thoughts as to why the changes are not being applied?

    All my PCs are MDM managed through ZCM.  The issue is that I had a policy that pushed Edge settings out and now I needed to change some URLs within that policy and Edge is not picking up the new URLs.  It is as if the older version of the policy is still applied and the changes I made today are not going through.  But I don't know why yet.
