zcchelper won´t start in Firefox and Edge anymore

Hello,

I want to upload file for a bundle an now I get this error:

Reinstalling the helper have no changes to this.

I use 23.4 Helper and Java 1.8.411 are installed. The only changes was the update to Win 11 23H2.

I found a solution. In the registry there are multiple entries of zcclaunch. One path to c:\Novell\.... und also to userprofile path and old version numbers. Corrected all path to the existing files and…

I am unable to replicate using WIn 11 23H2 with the OS as well as FireFox and Edge patched through today.

My first suggestion is to check your Popup Blocker Settings.....You need to Select "Allow" for the Association to be made.

If that does not help you could try the "All Users" version of the Helper.....

But most likely it is your Popup Blocker and that would have the same issue.
