23.4 remote recording video download

Hi Community,

when recording a remote session this is taking a huge time to get the video available to download.

I've found the "zac AU" (audit upload) command on the remote device this accelerate the visibility of the session in audit screen.

But... then you get a "The Recording file(fbs) is not yet available. Please check back later. ",

is there an easy way to accelerate that process ? a zman command ?

    The recording files may be uploaded before audit event rollup, so not available to download under ZCC Audit page as part of the Event name "Recording"
    Check if the recording fbs file with the deviceguid prefix already exists under content-repo/external/deferred or external folder.
    Any deferred folder recording files are processed every 30 min once Audit event is available. Audit events upload frequency on the agent is default 60 min
