I see you have a case reported on this and I provided instructions to remove duplicate entries that could be causing the Error retrieving data message 

I will follow up on the case for the required actions to delete the entry with a backup in place 

Unfortunately, I have not done much with direct database manipulation in ZCM, so I requested more complete instructions.  Haven't heard anything back yet.  This support case is really dragging on too long.  I need a resolution to this problem!

I wanted to follow up for anyone who runs across this.  I have two separate issues here.  1. A user having problems logging into ZENworks, and 2. The certificates page not displaying properly.  It turns out the certificate page was not displaying because my satellite server had two certificates associated with it.  The standard satellite one and an MDM one.  Arvind figured out what needed to be done to resolve it temporarily and development is going to work on a permanent fix for this situation.  I believe the user login problem might be due to IP address conflicts, so I am taking steps to deal with that.
