I presume this is a Managed Device and NOT a "ZENworks Primary Server" for "Satellite Server".

#1 - Unregister one device using "zac unreg -force"

#2 - Register the device using "zac reg -a https://server:443"

This should come in as a New Device...

If that does not work try the following....

#1 - Unregister BOTH devices from the Zone.

#2 - Use ZISWIN to clear ZISD on Both Devices.....(Need to run as Administrator to see/manage)

#3 - Delete the Existing Device from the ZCC

#4 - Wait 10 minutes

#5 - Register both Devices.

Ah 'fun'  so we have to deal with doing that on a home system if we need plan B. 

Well, if it goes to plan B, that might teach the guys to be more careful in all that coordination required. They sure won't like it.

Yes, these are a pair of Windows end user devices on the one and only ZCM appliance.

It is all scriptable, though I would want to test any scripts before hand...probably on a laptop next to me connected via cell wifi to emulate a home device.

For the one-off, don't think I will both with that particular effort.  And now they are renaming a bunch of Host names and Alias, making a mess of patching and other stuff.  Coordination? Communication?  What are they?  Such a challenging team to work with at times.
