In trying to clear up some devices of perpetual status of
"Message Status: Normal. Device Status: Bundle and/or policy enforcement failed on one or more items."
A solo ZCM appliance version 23.4.0.88 with current PRU (July). Nothing newer showing in either update spots in ZCM/Appliance interfaces
Clicking on the number in the "Noncompliant Items Count" in front of a device in the Home's "Device Hot List" It brings me to the device's Assignments. I see a Failure on the Deployment Status of Rem-Support, but clicking on the (Details) link, it shows the "Enforcement Status: Success" with current times.
Click on the Rem-Support Policy (as per our ZCM 2017 training and implemented at that time/version) to get to the Policy, and the only thing of note in there is the 'Policy Status' shows 3 Failures with (Details) of Success as per image below.
I see an old discussion about this that looks interesting and related, but given so many versions ago, and no DB admin type to assist (as typical of most SMB), I am not about to try to feed that in via DBeaver without a knowledgeable assist.
