Zenworks Agent 24.2 from May not work with Android devices in managed device mode

Since last week we have problems registering Android devices in Full Managed Device Mode (afw#zenworks). The Zenworks Agent is downloaded, but stops immediately after starting before the login window with login and the ZCM server entry appears. So it can't have anything to do with the ZCM server. The same hardware was successfully enrolled in April of this year. These are devices with Android 8 + 10.
As far as I can see, the current app (24.2.0) in the Playstore is from May of this year.

Does anyone have similar problems and maybe a solution? I guess, it is not possible to go back to the agent version from April 2024.

I would recommend a Service Request. This is not a known issue.

There is a new Server Side Patch for 24.2 that addresses an issue with existing managed Android devices not working unless they are re-registered. It is not yet available on SLD. You may want to open a ticket to see if you can get that sooner to see if it addresses the issue as perhaps it is related. If you HAVE applied the patch, perhaps this could be a side effect. Again, nothing but conjecture as I have not seen this reported as of yet...

Thank you Craig.
the device never contacts the ZCM-Server, because the app not work.
It is a client-only problem.
Points 5/6 from here:

doesn't appear.
My customer use the "work-managed device mode", not the "Work Profile Mode". 8 weeks ago it worked.

So definitely an SR....This is the first I heard....Maybe an Android Update impacted the App if the App did not change. But no other reports yet...
