I am currently managing a Zenworks Zone with two primary servers, zendcp and zendcs, running Zenworks 2020 Update 3 and using an Oracle Database. While both servers are up and running, the system functions smoothly without any issues. However, when zendcp is taken down, I encounter problems with the secondary server (zendcs). Specifically, tasks such as device refresh and bundle deployment quick tasks get stuck in the assigned state and do not proceed.

I have taken several steps to troubleshoot the issue, including verifying server roles, checking database connectivity, ensuring replication and synchronization, and examining logs for any errors. Despite these efforts, the problem persists.

I am seeking advice and suggestions from the community to resolve this issue. Any insights into potential causes or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
