How long ago did the system update "complete"?

When you log into the ZCC, what version is shown on the logon screen?

If it's correct I would not be in a hurry to do much drastic.  Try running the following on the bash prompt.

zman surp 5024020000fc50000000002024061012   (This rebuilds all the agent packages which is part of the system update process and can take a long time.)

Give it an hour to complete and do a "zac ref bypass cache" to to see if things update.

Before I suggest anything including trying to re-run the system update, I would want to look at some logs.  If you can host a "zac zeninfo" someplace and then share with me PRIVATELY, I can take a quick look.  I would not recommend posting any link direct in the forums, but you can send me a private message or email me.

Thank you for your response.  The ZCC logon screen on that server shows version 23.4.0.88.

I will attempt the package rebuild on that server, wait, and refresh the agent.

Well if the server says 23.4 on the ZCC Login screen, the package rebuild will not help....

Best to host logs someplace for me to look.

I see you have a service request....I will look and post there.

Always be sure to let me know when there is an SR.  It will be much easier for me to dive deep as well as ensure you are not getting differing suggestions from support.

I apologize Craig for not mentioning I had an SR open.  It felt like I was going in circles with the support agent and I posted to here out of frustration hoping for answers.  I will get you the log files off the affected server.

No worries...many of my comments are just to the person I'm answering, but a reminder for Lurkers in the Future.

I was able to jump on with your Assigned Engineer and we were able to get the System Update Re-assigned and running.  I could not find anyone who saw that before, but we got it going.  I'm not going to give the details of what we did since at this point it's a one off and I would not want others to try the same unless we were sure it was the same issue.

We have an issue which sounds kind of similar...
I have already opened an SR (02951557) but the support rep is investigating..

If you look at the uploaded screenshots does that look like it could be solved with the method you used there?
(i guess you will need more info than that but i thought i would at least mention it)

I'm out of the office...wil be in next week.  I don't want to suggest anything with a primary w/o looking myself.  I would hate to make matters worse.
