Yes.....Test Files were provided to one customer were it resolved the issue already.  They were part of an already-planned update that should ship soon.

The customer was WinPE, so I'm not sure if the Linux Kernel for use with LinuxPE is or is not impacted.  If it is, updating that may require a new Tuxera Driver.  

As the problem occurs well before any difference between Linux and PE even comes into play, still inside the PXE stack, both are affected *by this* problem. E.G, you can't even get to manually invoke the PXE menu.
Of course, once there is a working NBP file, it is still possible that afterwards the Linux Kernel would still fail too.

Yes...We have some updated files the pure PXE stage coming out to address some hardware compatibility issues.  They were in process well before the SBAT issues, but address that as well since they were newer.

Will they be released as a ftf any time soon?

I don't have an ETA, but yes.....  They are in the process of releasing an "Imaging Update" that will address a series of known issues raised before the SBAT issue.  It appears to address the SBAT issue just by being newer.

There are some test patches available if you open an SR.

I know they are hoping to get more customers to test to ensure a broad test base.

However, it should not be too much longer until an official fix is released.  At this point, it's primarily pending testing.

I would love to help, but since patners can no longer open SRs on their own account any more, I simply am not in a position to do so.
