Are you on 24.2? I found that 24.2 is sometimes extremely slow until uploaded content becomes available to clients, and sometimes outright fails at all.
In at least one cse, after I waited for over an hour, I tried restarting zenworks, and immediately afterwards the content started showing up. That may have been coincidence though, but I agree, something's not quite right here. I too couldn't find any hint in the logs.

Make sure the "Loader" service is running, because that is what processes the uploaded files.  The loader logs are where you would look for errors.

I presume, that if the bundle has in Settings > Pre-cached Content on all servers status Available, the "Loader" service is happy and running. 

Funny thing , if I exported the bundle and imported it back, error is gone and bundle can be used. 

What exactly means the error "There is an error in cached information for id" ? In Pre-cached Content ? 

If it shows good in the ZCC, I would see if "Official Server FTF 185 for ZENworks 24.2" is applied.

There are some fixes around on-demand content, though it was supposedly mostly for ZPM but could impact other stuff.
