it appears to proceed just fine after that.
and then shows in the ZCC
"ZENworks Agent Status:
[The connection request failed for the following: ]
Unable to connect to the updater service and the agent service."
The 'learn more' link is rather unhelpful for this, just the generic all about LSA that I'm has other value.
