ZENworks App Window (ZAPP) no longer opens automatically with devices upgraded to Windows 11

I have a customer who has launched ZAPP under Windows 10 via a registry entry at [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] using the command "ZAPP"="C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Novell\\ZENworks\\bin\\zapp-launcher.exe /s /runonce" according to the documentation at https://www.novell.com/documentation/zenworks-23.4/zen_zapp/data/zen_zapp.html#t42pvl5wxkg3 section 1.5.

With Windows 11 23H2 this has stopped working. It worked fine on older versions of Windows 11.
