Good morning!
I am preparing to migrate two Windows ZCM 23.4 primary servers to the Linux 24.2 appliance. My setup is like this: Three servers total, ZCM1 and ZCM2 are my primary servers. ZDB is an external PostgreSQL 11.4 database server that both ZCM1 and ZCM2 use. All are Windows 2012. I also have a linux-based "server" that holds the ZCM images, but I don't think it will matter.
After looking at this post, I wondered if I could leave my database on the Windows server and just migrate the two primary servers, attaching them to the DB on the Windows server. Would this be feasible, or do I need to move the DB to Linux too? Or, when I migrate ZCM1 and ZCM2, set each up with it's own DB drive?
Thank you for any assistance!
