ZCM 24.2/ Win 11.

Here are a few issues I see with ZCM putting entries into the start menu of W11 (and using folders).

1. Any change to the Start Menu entries in whatsoever way needs a logoff/logon of the user. Renaming bundles, adding icons to it, moving them to a different folder. Nothing happens real time, but only when logging off windows and logon again. The same chnges *do* show up in Zapp when it's refreshed, but no in the start menu.

2. Putting Bundle Icons into Folders only starts working when you at least have two. If you have only one Bundle in a Folder, it will not be put under the folder name into the start menu, but instead flat into the top. Only when there is a second Bundle in the same folder, suddenly the folder appears in the start menu, and the now two bundles underneath that.
