Users forget passwords. If he doesn't want to support local support hotline for PBA override, he want's to shutdown the device. But there is no shutdown button in PBA.

Users are forced to shutdown by holding down the power button. This leads PBA asking to start in "simple pba mode" the next time. Users are not supposed to know what that means to do an informed decision. Furthermore in zenworks 2017 simple pba has different keyboard layout (defaults to english) than graphics mode (respects policy setting).
