Emergency retrieval of data from encrypted drive without first decrypting drive

As an administrator, I want to be able to pull data from an encrypted drive without having to first decrypt the drive. Decryption can take a while to complete. If a drive is failing/struggling, I want quick access to the data.

The solution needs to be secure, requiring use of the ERI password or some other secure means.
