Due to issues on the 3rd Party Content servers...
Some are seeing the following in their ZENLoader Logs.

The result can be seen in the ZCC by looking at the latest Discover Applicable Updates Windows-x86_64-en-WIN10sp0, which will lack any reference to OSPX file downloads.
When the DAU is incorrect, it will not detect patches as required. I will update this post as we learn more or the issue is fixed. A "Correct" Bundle will indicate this problem is not happening.
Since the Forums are Migrating this week, it may not be possible to update this thread.

Note: The issue has been raised with the 3rd party content provider and hopefully will be resolved shortly.
