ai chatbot

Status: Under Consideration

We had chatbot on the roadmap.
Now with the ai capabilities in the OpenText arsenal we are attempting to tap into those resources.
We are working through what an ai/chatbot for a future release of ZSD looks like.

With popularity of ai chatbots, there's a base expectation from customers for the service desk to also include one to help open requests and redirect to KBA articles.
