Automated workflow for customer follow-ups

This feature to remind customers via emails as followups if they haven't responded was released in ZSD v23.3.

We introduced the use of customized email reminders to end users when the required additional information is not provided after a specific number of days as configured by the administrator.

Is it possible to setup a workflow that will automatically send a follow-up email to customers when the status is, i.e. 'Awaitng Customer' and there has been no response for a period of time?
