Dynamic form assignable to existing request

This is a great add to use of the dynamic forms.
Adding a dynamic form to an existing request that needs the dynamic form checklist .

Now that we can use dynamic forms for all new requests, can we also get ability to assign dynamic forms to existing open requests to do:

A) data collection from customers

and

B) technician form collection for todo lists to close a ticket such as checklist when onboarding user, replacing hardware, retiring workstations etc.
