ZENworks remote control

As we know, ServiceDesk ZENworks remote control works when SD gets data imported from ZENworks server - hardware item, where one field is with imported device IP address.
In eDirectory/iManager i can see what IP eDirectory users has when he logs into Novell/OES client (iManager -> Users -> Modify User-> General -> Environment -> Network address: xx.xx.xx.xx). Is it possible that this parameter gets into ServiceDesk through LDAP sync and ZENworks remote control could read it not from hardware item/source, but from user(eDirectory user) who creates request ticked? Would be nice! :)
